Information is limitless and no educator can impart all the relevant knowledge on a given topic. For the surgical trainee, learning includes acquisition of knowledge, skills, decision-making, and attitudes. This is a complicated process.
This video was recorded in 2025 in collaboration with Malaysian Urological Association's Train-the-Trainer Course to shed light on how adults learn differently from children, and how adult learning principles can be leveraged to improve urological education and training.
